About Neil

As Managing Director and Licensee of Lever Property, Neil has a diverse mix of experience across all aspects of the property industry. With direct transactional experience and a background in accounting and finance, Neil understands his clients motivations which allows him to deliver results, time and time again. During his time in property Neil has worked with a diverse range of clientele, from ASX listed multinationals to local family businesses and everything in between.

Neil is a Chartered Accountant, holding a BComm (Finance and Accounting) from UWA, a Diploma of Property and a Triennial Certificate. Along with running Lever Property, he sits on multiple resource company boards and runs Tribar Capital, a private investment company focused on property and resource investments. He is focused on continuing to build Lever Property into a bespoke Western Australian agency that is nimble, highly sophisticated and has an absolute client first approach.
